Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Custom and personalized pieces (initials, logos, custom sizes) are made just for you and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For hygiene reasons, opened or tested fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Wholesale orders are final unless items arrive damaged; please report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photos.
